Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Servicer Balancing Specialist to join our client in for a hybrid opportunity Highlands Ranch, CO! This temporary opportunity offers $23.83-$28.85/Hour. The Servicer Balancing Analyst ensures timely and accurate reporting and remittance processes in accordance with servicing agreements. This role involves reconciling reports, resolving discrepancies, and managing relationships with servicing counterparts. The analyst will perform research, address reporting and settlement issues, and support other departments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile reports from primary servicers and ensure compliance with servicing agreement deadlines.
• Act as the primary liaison for assigned portfolios, building strong servicer relationships.
• Investigate, resolve, and correct discrepancies in reporting, cash settlements, and other inquiries.
• Monitor adherence to reporting and remittance schedules while managing cash receipts and discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute remittance wires and ensure accuracy in high-volume loan portfolios.
• Collaborate with team members and support cross-departmental needs or special projects as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and independent decision-making skills, with proven ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; SBO2000 experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Demonstrated teamwork, problem-solving, and relationship management capabilities.
