Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Newton, MA or Dresher, PA! This temporary-to-hire opportunity offers up to $28/hour based on experience! The Compliance Analyst ensures adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures while collaborating with business, legal, and risk teams. This role focuses on regulatory expertise, compliance risk assessment, and monitoring the control environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform BSA/AML compliance tasks, including reviewing transaction alerts and preparing SARs.

Review OFAC alerts and conduct searches per USA PATRIOT Act requirements.

Assist with subpoenas and document requests.

Conduct investigative research using databases and document findings.

Support audits and regulatory exams; prepare reports for board review.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Identify and implement process improvements.

Handle other assigned tasks and projects.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

1–3 years in compliance, regulatory, or related roles.

Knowledge of AML/KYC, financial crimes, and transaction monitoring.

Audit or regulatory exam experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with BSA/AML regulations, banking laws, and ERISA compliance is a plus.
