Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our client in Royersford, PA! This permanent opportunity offers $65,000-$75,000 annually! This role will oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth property management processes, maintain high resident satisfaction, and drive overall property performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to promote tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage leasing efforts, conduct property tours, screen potential tenants, and coordinate marketing strategies to attract and retain high-quality residents.
  • Supervise property maintenance and repair activities, ensuring quality work, budget compliance, and timely completion.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, collect rent, and contribute to financial reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws and building codes.
  • Lead and support property staff, including leasing consultants, maintenance teams, and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues, maintaining the property's condition and curb appeal.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of property management experience, preferably in residential settings.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local rental market trends and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Entrata, Yardi).
  • Familiarity with fair housing laws, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in tenant relations and property operations.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
