Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Recruiter to join our client’s team in a remote role (must reside in the Central or Mountain time zone). This temporary position offers a competitive pay rate of $35–$40 per hour. The Contract Recruiter will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role involves sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent to support the organization's hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including requisition management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various industries.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Create compelling job postings and distribute them across appropriate channels to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing guidance to hiring managers throughout the process.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Represent the organization positively and support employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills for the Contract Recruiter:
- Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in both corporate and agency settings.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sourcing Expertise: Familiarity with various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Knowledge of Employment Laws: Understanding of recruitment compliance and best practices.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive approach to challenges, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Work Schedule:
- 100% Remote
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Central or Mountain Time).
