Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Operations Administrator to join our client for a temporary to hire opportunity in Doylestown, PA! As the Operations Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations, efficient task management, and exceptional customer service. This role offers $22-26/hour depending on experience!

Responsibilities of the Operations Administrator Include:
  • Answer and log incoming calls, ensuring exceptional customer service and accurate documentation of requests.
  • Create and manage new jobs, quotes, and tasks in the system, assigning them to appropriate team members for follow-up.
  • Verify receipt and functionality of materials, and input vendor invoice details, including invoice number, date, freight charges, and sales tax.
  • Coordinate the return process for faulty or defective goods to manufacturers.
  • Maintain organized and detailed records, supporting operational efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
