Bilingual HR Generalist

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our client for a direct hire opportunity in Kennett Square, PA! As the Bilingual HR Generalist, you will support day-to-day human resource operations and ensure compliance with regulations while fostering a positive workplace environment through effective communication, employee engagement, and organizational support. This role offers $55-65,000/year depending on experience!

Responsibilities of the Bilingual HR Generalist Include:

• Monitor and document compliance with mandatory and optional training programs, certifications, and work assessments, including safety and anti-harassment training.
• Recruit, interview, and assist in hiring qualified candidates for open roles, collaborating with managers to identify skill and competency needs.
• Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility documentation.
• Oversee onboarding processes, including new hire orientation, and implement employee recognition programs.
• Manage and execute HR programs such as compensation, benefits, leave, performance management, and training, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR functions with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
• Solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS or talent management systems, or the ability to learn quickly.
