Talent Acquisition Manager
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a
Talent Acquisition Manager to join our client for a direct hire, remote opportunity! As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting organizational growth. This role offers
$90-105,000/year depending on experience!
Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager Include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting plans to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Promote the organization’s employer brand through recruitment marketing efforts, including job fairs, events, and community outreach.
- Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines and company policies, maintaining accurate records and generating recruitment reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 7–10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year focused exclusively on recruitment responsibilities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and recruiting tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred), with knowledge of agricultural work or local communities a plus.
