Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced, contract-based, 100% onsite role. The position, located in Marlton, NJ, involves assisting with background check tracking, I-9 verifications, and other HR-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using Workday and Excel, collaborate effectively with team members, and be dedicated to providing support where needed. Compensation:
$21-$25/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.


Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Support Specialist:
  • Monitor and track the status of background checks and compliance requirements in the client’s internal system.
  • Address alerts related to background checks and compliance issues as they arise.
  • Assist with I-9 verifications and documentation processes.
  • Utilize Workday to manage applicant tracking and various HR functions.
  • Maintain and update records and databases in Excel.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external candidates.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR and other internal departments as needed.
  • Commit to a 40-hour workweek, with advance notice of any scheduling conflicts or vacations.

Qualifications and Skills for the Administrative Support Specialist:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday and Excel is essential.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and support HR functions.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when managing sensitive information and documentation.
  • Experience: Prior administrative experience, particularly in an HR environment, is a plus.
  • Interest in HR: A desire to pursue a career in Human Resources is preferred.
  • ATS Familiarity: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday is beneficial.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, standard business hours (typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
This is a contract position requiring full-time availability.
