Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in a hybrid position based in Boca Raton, FL. This role will provide vital support to the Sales Director in managing key customer accounts, including .com, mid-tier, distributor, and specialty retail channels. The Sales Support Specialist will ensure seamless communication between internal departments and external partners, contribute to accurate forecasting, and assist with overall sales operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Compensation:
$70,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Accounting, to meet or exceed customer account expectations.
  • Handle key tasks such as creating quotes, managing item data, coordinating sample/mock-up requests, and gathering assets like images or web content.
  • Communicate changes, cancellations, and order statuses with domestic and import operations teams to ensure accurate tracking of open orders.
  • Maintain and update sales forecasts, assist in data cleanup, and provide accurate sales and inventory reports as needed.
  • Monitor sales and inventory activity against forecasts for assigned sales channels.
  • Create deal sheets for markdowns, chargebacks, and promotions, ensuring timely internal reviews and approvals.
  • Assist with setting up new customers by completing required forms and ensuring proper documentation is submitted.
  • Regularly communicate with customers to provide updates on purchase orders and share information about new opportunities or available products.
  • Support special projects and participate in team meetings and training sessions as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills for the Sales Support Specialist:
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in consumer products, sales support, or related roles.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel (including Pivot Tables and V-Lookup) and PowerPoint; experience with forecasting tools and systems is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Accounting.
  • Organization: Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Problem Solving: Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and find creative solutions.

Work Schedule:
Hybrid position based in Boca Raton, FL.
Full-time position with standard business hours.
