Job Title: SRT Processing Specialist

Job Overview: 
Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented SRT Processing Specialist to join our client for a vital role in providing a high level of service to both internal and external clients. This remote, contract position is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing participant enrollment and transaction requests while ensuring compliance with service level agreements and operational workflows.

Compensation:

• $25-33/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities of the SRT Processing Specialist:

• Process participant enrollment and census information accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with transition requirements from SRT to ARK.
• Analyze and resolve client issues, providing high-quality customer service and clear communication regarding incomplete forms and outstanding requests.
• Support product operations functions such as pending transactions, Morningstar processing, and enrollment guide order processing.
• Research and resolve client comments or requests, collaborating with internal and external business partners for issue resolution.
• Maintain data security and compliance, ensuring the protection of client information against unauthorized access or transmission.

Qualifications and Skills for the SRT Processing Specialist:

• Experience with SchwabRT (SRT), particularly distribution processing and check requests via file extraction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external clients.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow predefined workflows and operational procedures.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate issues as needed.
• Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize daily responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities with guidance.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST or CST
