Job Title: ABA Recruiter

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven ABA Recruiter to join our client. This remote, Temporary-to-Hire position allows flexibility with the option to work from home, but candidates must be local to the Philadelphia/South Jersey area to attend monthly or quarterly in-person meetings. Occasional travel to local clinics will be required. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruiting and be able to effectively sell opportunities to prospective behavioral therapists, ensuring a constant pipeline of candidates while managing turnover and backfill needs.

Compensation:
  • Up to $31.00/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities of the ABA Recruiter:
  • Target and successfully recruit 5 hires per week (approximately 20 hires monthly).
  • Source, screen, and vet candidates for behavioral therapist positions, working to reduce high turnover and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Sell the job opportunity to candidates, addressing any concerns and aligning their goals with the role.
  • Stay proactive in managing candidate backfills and turnover by maintaining ongoing communication with prospective employees.
  • Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to move candidates through the hiring process in real-time, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Continuously manage and adjust recruitment strategies based on performance metrics, industry trends, and candidate feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, creating a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Skills for the ABA Recruiter:
  • 3-4 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Strong background in healthcare recruiting is preferred but not required; experience in high-volume recruitment outside of healthcare will also be considered.
  • Must have the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a competitive environment.
  • Proven experience using an ATS and moving candidates through the workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell opportunities to candidates.
  • Strong sense of urgency and a competitive edge to succeed in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
