Job Title: Contract Recruiter (Mortgage)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Recruiter (Mortgage) to join our client and support their mortgage operations by managing high-volume recruitment efforts. This fully remote, temporary-to-hire position prefers one recruiter to be based in Arizona (working PST hours), while the second recruiter can reside in PST or MST time zones or Dallas, TX (CST), with the ability to work PST hours. The focus of this role is on recruiting Mortgage Loan Officers and call center professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Compensation:
  • Up to $45/hour

Work Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Key Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter (Mortgage):
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruiting strategies tailored to department and organizational needs
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates
  • Creatively source candidates and build pipelines through proactive outreach and networking
  • Guide hiring managers on compliant interviewing and hiring practices
  • Promote the company’s brand and culture throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with business lines to understand workforce planning and reduce turnover
  • Support special recruitment projects, performance improvement initiatives, and system/process enhancements
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with compliance standards, including OFCCP and SOX regulations

Qualifications and Skills for the Contract Recruiter (Mortgage):
  • 3 – 5 years of high-volume recruiting experience within the mortgage and call center space
  • Proven success recruiting Mortgage Loan Officers
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with recruiting and HR teams
  • Attention to detail and strong aptitude for reporting and analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is preferred
