Job Title: Advisor Services Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Advisor Services Specialist to join our client and play a vital role in supporting financial advisors in delivering exceptional service to their end clients. This hybrid, temporary-to-hire position, based in either Phoenix, AZ or Chicago, IL, focuses on providing responsive support, training, and platform guidance to advisors utilizing a financial services platform.

Compensation:
  • $25.00/hour

Work Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts during standard business hours
  • Arizona candidates may be required to work until 6:00 PM or start at 7:00 AM local time
  • Hybrid schedule: Work from home on Monday and Friday, onsite Tuesday through Thursday
  • Training follows the same hybrid schedule

Key Responsibilities of the Advisor Services Specialist:
  • Provide inbound phone support to financial advisors and their staff
  • Deliver administrative training and guidance on platform usability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests efficiently
  • Partner with sales consultants to ensure high advisor satisfaction
  • Take ownership of service requests and provide consistent follow-up
  • Promote a client-first service approach that builds loyalty and growth
  • Proactively identify and escalate service concerns to ensure timely resolution
  • Contain service-related issues and provide clear communication throughout the process
  • Share feedback to help improve platform functionality
  • Help mitigate risk by setting accurate expectations and offering clear direction
