Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic, customer-focused team. In this 100% remote role, you will manage diverse customer inquiries—including escrow details, payments, and loan maintenance—while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and adhering to established loan servicing protocols. This position is available to candidates residing in FL, TN, GA, KY, AL, OH, WV, VA, SC, MD, OK, AR, and NC.
Compensation:
$17.00 per hour, paid biweekly
Overtime paid at time and a half
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
One Saturday shift every four weeks: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST (with a compensatory day off the following week)
Opportunities for mandatory and voluntary overtime as needed
Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
Provide professional and courteous communication with customers, coworkers, and management through phone, email, and other channels.
Manage a variety of customer inquiries, utilizing training materials and system tools to address issues related to escrow details, payments, and loan maintenance.
Handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively, ensuring clarity and adherence to service protocols.
Maintain detailed, personalized notes to support call resolution and ongoing training initiatives.
Organize and update customer information for quick reference during interactions.
Adhere strictly to assigned schedules, including break and lunch timings, ensuring punctuality and consistency.
Proactively communicate any technical or training needs to management.
Multitask efficiently during calls, resolving customer concerns in real time while maintaining focus on quality service delivery.
Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators such as call volume, handle time, and compliance standards.
Essential Skills and Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
Previous experience in customer service, collections, or a call center environment is preferred.
Expert-level computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software and other system tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, effectively managing challenging customer interactions.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
