Job Title: Data Entry Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our client and play a vital role in supporting youth workforce programs and data operations. This hybrid, temporary position based in Philadelphia, PA, focuses on supporting data quality assurance, managing program documentation, and assisting with administrative tasks related to youth work-based learning programs during the summer session.

Compensation:
  • Up to $21/hour, based on experience

Work Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Flexible to 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM if needed)
  • April 21, 2025 – August 22, 2025 (18-week assignment)

Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Coordinator:
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of youth applications and related documents
  • Monitor youth placement records, including timesheets and activity tracking
  • Assist with data entry and compilation of reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with staff to identify and resolve youth payment issues
  • Support digital and in-person youth recruitment and outreach efforts
  • Provide technical assistance to youth and families for application and documentation processes
  • Assist with launching and verifying clearances for youth and supervisors
  • Help coordinate service supports such as transportation
  • Attend team meetings and collaborate on programmatic improvements

Qualifications and Skills for the Data Entry Coordinator:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with data entry and document review
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Customer service or public engagement experience preferred
  • Ability to travel to in-person events and work onsite up to 5 days/week
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. of materials as needed
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Must be able to pass background checks
  • Comfortable handling sensitive personal data
