Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Behavioral Case Coordinator to support student well-being and life skill development within a dynamic training environment. This full-time, onsite, direct-hire position based in Wilmington, DE, focuses on coaching individuals through behavioral challenges and supporting day-to-day administrative operations that contribute to organizational success.
Compensation:
$55,000 – $65,000/year (based on experience)
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities of the Behavioral Case Coordinator:
Develop and maintain case files for current and former students in training programs focused on software development and data engineering.
Identify behavioral patterns or personal challenges affecting student success and recommend life skills, coping tools, or support strategies.
Serve as a supportive coach—not a licensed therapist—helping students navigate stress, manage expectations, and stay engaged.
Track and report progress, noting trends and suggesting new approaches for student wellness.
Organize or facilitate wellness activities such as guided meditation or stress-relief exercises.
Support organizational initiatives and assist with general office functions including performance documentation, HR filing, benefits summaries, and office relocation coordination.
Collaborate on internal events, fundraisers, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills for the Behavioral Case Coordinator:
3+ years of experience in an office, educational, social work, or related environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered
Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills
Prior experience in behavioral coaching, case coordination, wellness, or student advising is highly desired
Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Microsoft Office, Discord, and Monday.com
Patient, empathetic, and able to prioritize tasks independently with minimal direction
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and able to work in person in Wilmington, DE
Comfortable engaging in occasional local travel (up to 10%)
