Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Executive Compensation Analyst to join our client in a high-impact, hybrid role based near Newton/Boston, MA. This permanent, direct-hire opportunity plays a vital role in supporting compensation strategies and programs across a publicly traded, global organization. The role will collaborate closely with senior leadership to oversee executive pay programs, ensure market competitiveness, and support key initiatives related to equity and variable compensation.
Compensation:
$130,000 – $150,000/year
Bonus eligible
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, standard business hours
Hybrid schedule: 3–4 days onsite per week
Key Responsibilities of the Executive Compensation Analyst:
Partner with senior HR and cross-functional leadership to implement and manage executive compensation programs
Support the administration of annual incentive plans, including equity, bonus, and commission structures
Lead competitive benchmarking, salary analysis, and pay structure development to ensure alignment with market standards
Contribute to the preparation of Compensation Committee materials, including data and recommendations related to executive pay
Assist in managing long-term incentive programs, ensuring compliance with public company regulations and best practices
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support global compensation initiatives and ensure consistent application across regions
Conduct job evaluations and support the development of a structured job leveling framework
Remain current on trends, legislation, and regulatory changes impacting executive and global compensation
Qualifications and Skills for the Executive Compensation Analyst:
6–7 years of compensation experience, with a strong focus on executive and equity-based programs
In-depth knowledge of compensation frameworks within publicly traded companies
Familiarity with proxy statements and SEC-related requirements
Experience with global compensation strategies and international compliance considerations
Consulting background is a plus, but long-term interest in an internal, permanent role is essential
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications or advanced studies in HR, Finance, or related fields preferred
