Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our client and play a vital role in supporting healthcare operations. This onsite, temporary contract position, based near Moorestown, NJ, focuses on maintaining high-volume data entry and clerical functions related to equipment rentals and procurement processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency during a key system transition period.
Compensation:
Hourly Pay: $20 – $27/hour, based on experience
Work Schedule:
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: On-site near Moorestown, NJ
Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Administrator:
Enter and update rental equipment records (e.g., wound vacs) in internal tracking spreadsheets
Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to verify rental orders and process necessary documentation
Cross-check spreadsheet data against system information using assigned credentials
Support the transition to a new Oracle system by helping clean and reconcile current data
Assist with procurement functions including order placement, backorder tracking, and PO management as needed
Help maintain order accuracy by reviewing confirmations and expediting overdue orders
Participate in special clerical projects to assist during a medical leave coverage
Qualifications and Skills for the Data Entry Administrator:
At least 1 year of administrative support or data entry experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a business-related field preferred
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
