Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiter to support our client’s high-volume talent acquisition efforts. This hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote), contract-to-hire opportunity can be performed remotely on a temporary basis, but candidates must be open to a hybrid model at one of the client’s U.S. office locations if extended permanently. The Recruiter will play a critical role in executing timely hiring strategies—particularly around entry-level and graduate hiring—and will be expected to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Compensation:
Compensation is based on experience and candidate requirements.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job posting through offer acceptance
Coordinate hiring for early-career talent, including summer program hires and recent graduates
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and ensure hiring timelines are met
Use applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and track progress
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
Assist with onboarding and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Adapt quickly to new processes and recruitment tools
Qualifications and Skills for the Recruiter:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, professional setting
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with competing priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using ATS platforms; Workday experience is a plus
Quick learner with a self-starter mindset
Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and team-oriented
