Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Title Coordinator to join our client and support their automotive logistics operations. This on-site, contract-to-hire position based near Cherry Hill, NJ, focuses on managing title documentation, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating workflow related to vehicle titles.
Compensation:
$22 – $24/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (some flexibility available)
Key Responsibilities of the Title Coordinator (Auto):
Log and organize all incoming vehicle titles to ensure efficient processing
Maintain secure storage and filing of title documents
Handle title requests from multiple internal and external sources
Manage title workflow in system queues to meet departmental benchmarks
Research and prepare documents to support cross-functional processes
Ensure title and Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) data is accurate and up to date
Update records in internal systems to reflect current title status and processing timelines
Partner with leadership and team members to support department objectives
Collaborate with licensing and supervisory teams on client-specific requirements
Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions
Respond promptly to title inquiries and resolve issues
Contribute positively to team morale and assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications and Skills for the Title Coordinator (Auto):
2+ years of administrative or data management experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
Prior automotive title experience is a plus but not required
Familiarity with DMV regulations is helpful
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
