Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract IT Recruiter to join our client and play a vital role in supporting their evolving talent acquisition needs. This hybrid, contract position, based near Yardley, PA, focuses on full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, with occasional support for non-IT positions. The ideal candidate is confident, adaptable, and fluent in tech hiring lingo, capable of building strong relationships with hiring managers across multiple departments.
Compensation:
$40.00 – $56.00 per hour (based on experience)
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Fully onsite for training
Hybrid schedule post-training: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Will shift to 4 days onsite starting September 8
Key Responsibilities of the Contract IT Recruiter:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and non-IT positions
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs
Source, screen, and interview candidates across various platforms
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified professionals
Manage 5–10 requisitions at any given time, approximately half in IT
Adapt recruiting strategies based on shifting priorities
Support process improvements and tools implementation as needed
Qualifications and Skills for the Contract IT Recruiter:
Minimum 7 years of IT recruiting experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with technical professionals
Ability to manage multiple hiring managers and requisitions simultaneously
Highly adaptable with a curious mindset
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Dayforce is a plus
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
