Job Title: Talent Management Support Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Management Support Specialist to join our client and play a vital role in supporting internal learning, development, and talent acquisition operations. This onsite, temporary position based in Camden, NJ focuses on coordinating training initiatives, managing learning platforms, supporting employee onboarding, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Talent Management Support Specialist:
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including booking rooms, managing communications, and distributing materials and evaluations
- Provide administrative support within the Learning Management System (LMS), such as creating rosters, tracking attendance, and generating reports
- Support employee recognition programs by posting announcements, preparing nomination documents, and ordering awards
- Assist with internal mentoring programs by facilitating communication, managing program logistics, and addressing inquiries
- Manage the administration of learning tools, including assessments and online learning platforms, by assigning users, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes
- Monitor and manage team mailboxes, ensuring inquiries are routed appropriately
- Coordinate onboarding activities such as scheduling orientations, sending communications, and preparing first-day logistics
- Arrange interviews, communicate details to candidates and hiring managers, and manage any travel-related logistics
- Respond to candidate inquiries with timely, professional communication
- Support various recruitment and administrative initiatives as needed
Qualifications and Skills for the Talent Management Support Specialist:
- Experience supporting programs or events, preferably in training, development, or project coordination
- Previous experience scheduling meetings, interviews, or events, including Microsoft Teams and in-person setups
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and meet evolving business needs
- Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
