Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our client and play a vital role in supporting their financial planning and business strategy. This onsite, direct-hire position, based in Audubon, PA, focuses on delivering actionable financial insights, leading budget processes, and supporting leadership through financial reporting and analysis.
Compensation:
- $95,000 base salary
- Up to $10,000 bonus, contingent on company performance
Work Schedule:
- Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Lead monthly forecasting activities for assigned business unit, including Sales, COGS, OPEX, and EBITDA
- Analyze capital sales performance and evaluate revenue opportunities, cost trends, and cross-unit impacts
- Provide in-depth financial statement analysis, support leadership inquiries, and coordinate with stakeholders to assess business trends
- Drive the annual budgeting process from the ground up, reconciling with top-down targets and communicating approved plans to department leaders
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to track operational costs, identify savings opportunities, and oversee vendor consolidation efforts
- Evaluate proposed business initiatives using financial models, including DCF, ROI, IRR, and cash flow analysis, to advise on investment decisions
- Review capital expenditure plans for alignment with company-wide financial goals
- Develop spend tracking systems and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
- Guide business leaders on budget management and promote financial accountability
- Assist in creating monthly and quarterly executive presentations for leadership and board review
- Support key operational improvement initiatives and high-impact projects
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation solutions to enhance reporting and performance
- Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies
Qualifications and Skills for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate Finance
- Ability to translate complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven problem-solver and proactive self-starter
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with OneStream XF Platform is a plus
