Job Title: Medical Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our client and play a vital role in supporting their aesthetic medical operations. This onsite, direct-hire position, based in Greenville, DE, centers around assisting with injectable procedures, ensuring smooth front and back office operations, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation package offered, based on experience.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant:

• Work one-on-one with providers to assist with aesthetic treatments, including injectables such as Botox and fillers
• Prepare treatment trays and ensure rooms are set up efficiently
• Take professional before-and-after photos to support treatment documentation
• Occasionally assist with prescription call-ins as needed
• Maintain and manage clinical inventory across the entire practice
• Serve as a liaison between the provider and front desk staff to ensure seamless communication and scheduling
• Provide both front and back office support, helping with patient flow and overall clinic operations

Qualifications and Skills for the Medical Assistant:

• Prior experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting strongly preferred
• Clinical experience in a medical or aesthetic environment required
• Strong attention to detail, including the ability to recall patient preferences and treatment history
• Personable, approachable, and confident demeanor—comfortable working with a predominantly female clientele
• Proven ability to multitask and balance patient care with administrative support
• Team-oriented and collaborative, with a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills
