Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client and support strategic recruitment efforts across the organization. This remote, permanent/direct-hire position, based in the Eastern time zone, focuses on managing full-cycle recruiting initiatives for entry- to mid-level roles, with an emphasis on building a diverse talent pipeline and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
Compensation:
$70,000 – $80,000 annual salary with bonus opportunities
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Standard business hours (Eastern Time)
Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruiting strategies
Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage requisitions and candidate workflow
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in recruitment strategy
Provide a high-quality candidate experience through effective communication and engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth interview and onboarding process
Create and maintain job postings and assist with job description updates
Deliver weekly reporting on recruiting metrics and pipeline activity
Coordinate with external recruiting vendors as needed????

Qualifications and Skills for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field
3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience sourcing and hiring for clinical or healthcare-related roles preferred
Familiarity with ATS systems, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
