Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client and support strategic recruitment efforts across the organization. This remote, permanent/direct-hire position, based in the Eastern time zone, focuses on managing full-cycle recruiting initiatives for entry- to mid-level roles, with an emphasis on building a diverse talent pipeline and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.


Compensation:
  • $70,000 – $80,000 annual salary with bonus opportunities

Work Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • Standard business hours (Eastern Time)
Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruiting strategies
  • Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage requisitions and candidate workflow
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in recruitment strategy
  • Provide a high-quality candidate experience through effective communication and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth interview and onboarding process
  • Create and maintain job postings and assist with job description updates
  • Deliver weekly reporting on recruiting metrics and pipeline activity
  • Coordinate with external recruiting vendors as needed????
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience sourcing and hiring for clinical or healthcare-related roles preferred
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
