Job Title: Sr. FP&A Analyst
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sr. FP&A Analyst to join our client and play a vital role in supporting global financial reporting and consolidations. This onsite, permanent/direct-hire position, based near King of Prussia, PA, focuses on executing and enhancing financial reporting processes, driving system improvements, and supporting consolidated reporting efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
$130,000/year base salary
Bonus opportunities and stock options available
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Sr. FP&A Analyst:
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation and reporting processes
Maintain and enhance reporting hierarchies within financial systems
Oversee general ledger and reporting system administration across global finance teams
Manage and support special projects such as system implementations (e.g., D365, OneStream) and chart of accounts redesign
Coordinate with Accounting, Tax, and FP&A teams to ensure accurate and timely financial closings
Assist in preparing external financial communications such as earnings releases and SEC filings
Develop onboarding and training materials for financial systems users
Identify and implement add-on tools to improve controllership and reporting efficiency
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
Support audits and serve as a key contact for internal and external auditors
Qualifications and Skills for the Sr. FP&A Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5–7 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidations, or corporate accounting
Minimum of 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity
CPA preferred
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting standards
Proficiency in OneStream and D365 or Sage 500 preferred
Advanced Excel skills with ability to manage and analyze large data sets
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
Collaborative and professional demeanor with cross-functional teams
