Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to play a critical role in managing vendor compliance and ensuring all contractual obligations align with company policies and legal standards. This onsite, direct-hire position based near Deerfield Beach, FL, focuses on supporting vendor onboarding, contract review, insurance verification, and licensing coordination to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.

Compensation:
  • $65,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)

Work Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor compliance matters
  • Review and assess vendor contracts to ensure alignment with internal policies and legal requirements
  • Coordinate with legal and executive teams to resolve discrepancies and support contract negotiations
  • Obtain and track certificates of insurance; monitor expiration dates and request timely updates
  • Ensure vendors maintain appropriate insurance coverage
  • Apply for and maintain contractor licenses on behalf of the company; monitor renewal timelines
  • Conduct compliance audits and maintain accurate records for vendor documentation
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and adjust internal procedures accordingly
  • Collaborate with departments such as operations, accounting, and support teams to streamline compliance processes
  • Report non-compliance issues and propose corrective action plans

Qualifications and Skills for the Contracts Administrator:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, vendor compliance, or procurement
  • Familiarity with contractor licensing and insurance documentation
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Industry experience in construction, manufacturing, or service-related fields is a plus
  • Certification in compliance or contract management is a plus, but not required
