Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our client and support ongoing hiring needs across key business units. This remote, contract position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on high-volume roles in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with hiring managers, executing strategic sourcing plans, and managing multiple requisitions while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Compensation:
$50.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Proactively source candidates using various tools and platforms to build a strong talent pipeline
Guide hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection, ensuring legal and compliant hiring processes
Monitor and analyze turnover trends; assist in creating solutions to improve retention
Support recruiting-related projects including performance improvement initiatives and system implementations
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including OFCCP and SOX
Qualifications and Skills for the Recruiter:
2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in sales or mortgage environments
Proven track record of generating 20+ offers per month
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems; Workday Recruiting experience a plus
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders
Energetic, professional demeanor with a positive and proactive attitude
