Job Title: Recruiter

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our client and support ongoing hiring needs across key business units. This remote, contract position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on high-volume roles in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with hiring managers, executing strategic sourcing plans, and managing multiple requisitions while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Compensation:
  • $50.00/hour

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
  • Proactively source candidates using various tools and platforms to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Guide hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection, ensuring legal and compliant hiring processes
  • Monitor and analyze turnover trends; assist in creating solutions to improve retention
  • Support recruiting-related projects including performance improvement initiatives and system implementations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including OFCCP and SOX

Qualifications and Skills for the Recruiter:
  • 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in sales or mortgage environments
  • Proven track record of generating 20+ offers per month
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems; Workday Recruiting experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Energetic, professional demeanor with a positive and proactive attitude
