Job Title: Title Coordinator (Automotive)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Title Coordinator to support our client in managing vehicle title documentation and workflow. This onsite, contract-to-hire position based near Cherry Hill, NJ, plays a key role in processing title requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients.

Compensation:
  • $22.00/hour

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (some flexibility available)

Key Responsibilities of the Title Coordinator:
  • Accurately log and file incoming vehicle titles for proper routing and safekeeping
  • Manage title administration workflow using internal systems (Evolve and Holman platforms)
  • Process title requests from various departments and stakeholders
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate title and Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin (MSO) records
  • Research and compile data to support interdepartmental processes
  • Coordinate with team leads and licensing analysts to meet client-specific requirements
  • Respond promptly and thoroughly to internal and external inquiries
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout all interactions
  • Participate in special projects and contribute positively to team morale

Qualifications and Skills for the Title Coordinator:
  • Prior experience in title processing or administrative support preferred, particularly in logistics or automotive environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in data entry and database systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently while meeting departmental goals
