Job Title: Senior International Payroll Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior International Payroll Specialist to join our client in a permanent, direct-hire role based in Audubon, PA. This hybrid position plays a key role in managing accurate and compliant payroll processing across 21 countries. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in international payroll operations and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation:
  • Salary up to $120,000/year
  • Bonus eligible

Work Schedule:
  • Full-time, flexible hours based on international time zones
  • Hybrid schedule (onsite presence in Audubon, PA required)

Key Responsibilities of the Senior International Payroll Specialist:
  • Process monthly international payroll across 21 countries, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
  • Ensure compliance with international tax laws, employment regulations, and statutory contributions
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure accurate data for new hires, terminations, and employee status changes
  • Manage year-end reporting and tax filings for each country
  • Maintain payroll records and generate reports for internal and external use
  • Provide timely customer service support to employees regarding payroll inquiries
  • Assist with U.S. payroll processing as needed (bi-weekly and monthly cycles)
  • Help create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to payroll
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and codes of conduct

Qualifications and Skills for the Senior International Payroll Specialist:
  • 3–5 years of payroll experience, including international payroll responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience (7+ years) considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll systems; experience with Workday and ADP highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Workday Certification a plus
  • Familiarity with U.S. and international payroll laws and compliance requirements
