Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior International Payroll Specialist to join our client in a permanent, direct-hire role based in Audubon, PA. This hybrid position plays a key role in managing accurate and compliant payroll processing across 21 countries. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in international payroll operations and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Compensation:
- Salary up to $120,000/year
- Bonus eligible
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, flexible hours based on international time zones
- Hybrid schedule (onsite presence in Audubon, PA required)
Key Responsibilities of the Senior International Payroll Specialist:
- Process monthly international payroll across 21 countries, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with international tax laws, employment regulations, and statutory contributions
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure accurate data for new hires, terminations, and employee status changes
- Manage year-end reporting and tax filings for each country
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports for internal and external use
- Provide timely customer service support to employees regarding payroll inquiries
- Assist with U.S. payroll processing as needed (bi-weekly and monthly cycles)
- Help create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to payroll
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and codes of conduct
Qualifications and Skills for the Senior International Payroll Specialist:
- 3–5 years of payroll experience, including international payroll responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience (7+ years) considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll systems; experience with Workday and ADP highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Workday Certification a plus
- Familiarity with U.S. and international payroll laws and compliance requirements
