Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Analyst to join our client’s team in a key role supporting healthcare account contract processes. This hybrid, direct-hire position based near King of Prussia, PA, is responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle—domestic and international—from drafting to execution, while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, pricing, and compliance teams.
Compensation:
- $70,000 – $75,000 annually, with bonus opportunities
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Contract Analyst:?
- Prepare and manage high-quality purchase contracts, proposals, RFPs, and tenders
- Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties throughout the contract process
- Ensure all contract terms align with approved pricing and compliance policies
- Oversee timely contract review, negotiation, redlining, and approvals
- Administer and maintain contract details within the contract management system
- Monitor critical dates such as renewals, expirations, and amendments
- Support field sales teams by ensuring accurate and updated contract terms
- Assist with internal communication of new or updated contracts
- Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Participate in government contracting activities when applicable
Qualifications and Skills for the Contract Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of contract administration or legal support experience; medical device industry experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word; contract database systems experience preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Self-starter with a results-driven approach
