Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented BPO Agent to support our client’s healthcare enrollment operations. This 100% remote, temporary-to-hire position offers an exciting opportunity to assist individuals in selecting the healthcare plans that best fit their needs. Candidates should be goal-driven, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Compensation:
Training Pay: $18.50/hour (3–4 weeks)
Post-Training Pay: $20.00/hour
Commission: $25 per enrollment; $65 per enrollment retroactively once 50 enrollments are reached in a month
Bonus and OT opportunities available during peak periods
Work Schedule:
Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (video required throughout training)
After training: Assigned one of the following EST shifts, Monday through Friday:
8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
10:15 AM – 7:00 PM
11:15 AM – 8:00 PM
2:15 PM – 11:00 PM
One to two evening shifts per week required
Weekend hours optional (OT/commission eligible); Saturdays may become required during peak season with a compensatory weekday off
Key Responsibilities of the BPO Agent:
Guide individuals through selecting a healthcare insurance plan tailored to their needs
Conduct inbound and outbound calls using company-provided leads
Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting sales goals
Stay engaged in continuous training and adapt to evolving procedures and systems
Maintain professionalism in a remote setting while upholding performance expectations
Qualifications and Skills for the BPO Agent:
Minimum 1 year of Medicare/Medicaid insurance sales experience
Minimum 1 year in an inbound/outbound call center environment
Strong sales drive and competitive nature
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary systems
Must have the discipline to work independently and meet performance benchmarks
Reliable internet connection and ability to work EST hours from any U.S. time zone
