Job Title: Senior Health Insurance Sales Agent

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Senior Health Insurance Sales Agents to join our client’s team in a fully remote, temporary-to-hire opportunity. This position focuses on year-round outbound sales to help individuals—particularly seniors—access essential health insurance coverage. The ideal candidate is a goal-driven, licensed professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has a strong desire to make a positive impact.

Compensation:
Training Pay: $20.00/hour for 3–4 weeks
Post-Training Pay: $21.00/hour + $50 per issued Medicare Advantage policy
Once 50 issued policies are reached in a month, commissions increase retroactively to $65 per policy
Optional overtime and weekend shifts available for additional commissions

Work Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday, must be available to work Eastern Time hours
  • Required video-based training: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST for the first 3–4 weeks
  • Shift options (subject to assignment):
  • Monday & Tuesday: 11:30 AM-8:00PMWednesday, Thursday & Friday: 10:30AM-7:00PM
  • Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 11:30AM-8:00P; Thursday & Friday: 10:30AM-7:00PM
  • Monday through Friday: 11:30am-8:00pm
  • Occasional evening shifts required 1–2 times per week
  • Optional Saturday shifts available (may become required during peak periods with a weekday off provided)

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Health Insurance Sales Agent:
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Provide education on available health insurance options, primarily Medicare-related policies
  • Navigate carrier and state-specific guidelines to match clients with the best plans
  • Achieve individual performance goals for enrollments and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state insurance regulations
  • Accurately document all interactions using internal CRM and enrollment tools

Qualifications and Skills for the Senior Health Insurance Sales Agent:
  • Active Health and Life Insurance license in home state preferred
  • Previous experience in outbound sales or call center environment highly desired
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and web-based applications
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
