Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our client’s team and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience across all restoration, reconstruction, and roofing projects. This 100% onsite, direct-hire opportunity based near Deerfield Beach, FL, involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless project execution, customer satisfaction, and proactive communication from start to finish.
Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000/year

Key Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle
Advocate for the customer internally by representing their perspective during team meetings and decisions
Maintain consistent touchpoints with all stakeholders—from corporate-level contacts to local property managers
Monitor project timelines and milestones, proactively informing clients of progress and addressing any issues
Coordinate smooth handoffs between sales, operations, and billing to ensure a unified experience
Lead client onboarding and training sessions to ensure clarity on services, processes, and expectations
Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other training documentation
Support the accounts receivable team in following up on outstanding invoices and resolving billing concerns
Track client satisfaction using surveys and feedback, identifying opportunities for service improvement
Generate internal and client-facing performance reports on a recurring basis (quarterly, semi-annually, annually)
Qualifications and Skills for the Client Relationship Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, construction management, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the construction or related industry
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of commercial construction practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/project management tools
Understanding of basic invoicing and accounts receivable practices
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
