Job Title: Talent Acquisition Sourcer 
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a resourceful and results-driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our client in identifying top-tier candidates for healthcare roles. This remote, contract-to-hire position is based near Moorestown, NJ, and requires occasional in-person attendance for onsite meetings. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and leveraging recruiting technologies to find the best talent aligned with organizational culture.
 

Compensation:

  • $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
 

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, standard business hours
 

Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Sourcer:

  • Utilize recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems to identify, track, and manage top candidates
  • Create sourcing strategies and position profiles to attract high-performing healthcare professionals
  • Engage in proactive outreach, networking, and candidate engagement across digital platforms and social media
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and educational outreach to represent the organization and inform the community about healthcare career opportunities
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics and provide insights to support continuous improvement
  • Partner with internal recruiting coordinators and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain compliance with internal recruiting processes and documentation standards
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Talent Acquisition Sourcer:

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare or high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to adjust sourcing strategies based on evolving business needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience representing employers in public forums such as job fairs or community events
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • HR certifications (CIR/ACIR, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) are a plus
