Job Title: HRIS Analyst
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Analyst to support and maintain human resources systems and data integrity across various platforms. This hybrid, temporary position based in Yardley, PA (onsite 3x per week, increasing to 4x per week starting September 8), plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of HR data and contributing to ongoing system upgrades, testing, and operational efficiency projects.
 

Compensation:

  • $25.00–$30.00 per hour 
 

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Thursday onsite schedule starting in September
  • Standard business hours (37.5 hours per week)
 

Key Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot HR data fields across platforms such as ADP, eTime, Taleo, Cornerstone, and Excel
  • Perform routine data entry, compilation, and processing tasks
  • Monitor the completeness of data feeds and escalate issues as needed
  • Support system upgrades and perform user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Provide research and resolution of HRIS issues and offer process improvement recommendations
  • Serve as liaison between HR and other departments, managing project timelines and communications
  • Document system issues and resolutions; track tasks and follow-up actions using task management tools
  • Support ad hoc projects both within and outside the HR department
  • Stay current on HRIS technology trends and tools
 

Qualifications and Skills for the HRIS Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1–3 years of HRIS or HR operations experience
  • Familiarity with systems such as ADP, eTime, Taleo, and Cornerstone preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
