Job Title: Recruiter
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Recruiter to join our client and play a vital role in supporting their national hiring efforts. This fully remote, contract-to-hire position focuses on recruiting high-volume inside sales professionals who assist families in navigating senior living placement options. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, and brings a collaborative spirit to the team.
 

Compensation:

  • $80,000–$85,000 annual base salary
  • Bonus opportunities available
 

Work Schedule:

  • Standard full-time business hours, Monday through Friday
 

Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

  • Source, screen, and manage the full-cycle recruitment of inside sales professionals focused on senior living services
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview scheduling in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience and ensure consistent communication throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously look for ways to improve sourcing and selection strategies
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Recruiter:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 1 year of corporate recruiting experience (agency experience also considered)
  • Proven ability in high-volume recruiting environments
  • Experience recruiting for sales or call center roles is highly preferred
  • Team-oriented mindset with a flexible and upbeat attitude
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
