Job Title: Client Account Manager (Insurance)
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Account Manager to join our client and provide vital support in managing insurance and risk management programs. This hybrid, permanent/direct-hire position based near King of Prussia, PA, focuses on servicing and advising clients during policy renewals and throughout the policy lifecycle. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to ensure the delivery of responsive, value-driven insurance services.
 

Compensation:

• $70,000 – $90,000 annually, based on experience
• Bonus opportunities available

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Client Account Manager:

• Manage the renewal and placement process for property and casualty insurance programs
• Provide responsive client service, including answering coverage questions and assisting with policy changes
• Review client contracts and offer insurance-related recommendations
• Coordinate issuance of insurance documents, such as certificates of insurance and auto ID cards
• Maintain regular communication with clients, underwriters, and third-party service providers
• Attend and document client meetings and conference calls
• Support senior team members in delivering high-quality client solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve coverage, program structure, and overall insurance costs for clients

Qualifications and Skills for the Client Account Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–5 years of experience in insurance as an underwriter, broker, or agent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client relationship management abilities
• Resilient, service-oriented, and curious with a collaborative mindset
• High emotional intelligence and a commitment to client advocacy
