Job Title: Private Financial Service Advisor
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Private Financial Service Advisor to join our client and provide high-touch support to a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and families. This onsite, permanent/direct-hire position based near Deerfield Beach, FL, focuses on relationship management, client onboarding, financial reporting, and coordination across accounting, legal, and investment activities.
 

Compensation:

• $85,000 – $90,000/year based on experience
• Performance-based bonus opportunities

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Private Financial Service Advisor:

• Serve as a trusted relationship manager, anticipating client needs and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of services
• Support client onboarding and account setup, including documentation, billing protocols, and investment coordination
• Review and classify client transaction activity and provide a first-level review of non-recurring invoices
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger reviews
• Maintain client records, tax documents, trust documents, and customized financial data
• Coordinate semi-annual and annual client reviews in partnership with internal advisors
• Prepare holistic reporting, including budgets, cash flow statements, fiduciary accountings, and liquidity summaries
• Review 1099/1099-NEC forms prior to release to clients and/or tax professionals
• Manage clients' access to a digital wealth portal, including onboarding, account aggregation, and document uploads
• Collaborate with external advisors such as tax professionals, investment managers, and legal counsel
• Participate in special projects as needed

Qualifications and Skills for the Private Financial Service Advisor:

• 2–3 years of experience in financial services required
• Familiarity with trusts, general ledger accounting, and alternative investments preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
• High emotional intelligence and professional discretion
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and advisors
