Job Title: Servicer Balancing Analyst
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Servicer Balancing Analyst to join our client and support critical mortgage servicing operations. This onsite, contract-to-hire position based in Highlands Ranch, CO, focuses on reconciling complex financial data from loan servicers, ensuring accuracy in monthly reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with servicing partners.
 

Compensation:

• $26.05/hour

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Servicer Balancing Analyst:

• Reconcile financial reports submitted by primary servicers in alignment with servicing agreements and internal policies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned servicers regarding reporting and settlement inquiries.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in servicer reporting, including cash settlement issues and servicing errors.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and remittance by assigned servicers.
• Monitor and clear servicer discrepancies, prepare wire transfers, and support monthly remittance processing.
• Manage a loan portfolio of approximately 30,000 loans totaling over $200 million in monthly remittances upon completion of training.
• Collaborate closely with team members and provide support to other departments as needed.
• Participate in additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills for the Servicer Balancing Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Access and 10-key preferred.
• Experience with SBO2000 Master Servicing is a plus.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures related to financial reconciliation.
• Strong research skills, attention to detail, and effective oral communication.
• Open to feedback, collaborative, and proactive in solving problems.
