Job Title: Marketing Content Specialist
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Content Specialist to join our client in a hybrid capacity near West Chester, PA. This temporary role plays a key part in developing and executing content strategies that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will blend creative thinking with analytical insight to produce compelling photo and video assets that drive engagement and revenue across digital platforms.
 

Compensation:

• Up to $35.86/hour

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 2 days every other week, specifically on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Content Specialist:

• Utilize your comprehensive knowledge to develop strategies in collaboration with business and brand teams, translating insights into creative guidance and solutions. Present these strategies to management and stakeholders in an engaging manner that aligns with brand values.
• Partner with execution teams across Brand Creative, Content, Merchandising and Platforms to ensure successful implementation of creative initiatives.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables in partnership with project leads, ensuring consistency with strategic objectives and addressing any emerging challenges.
• Take photos and videos to create assets used in paid campaigns to drive revenue and results.
• Analyze data to iterate on creative assets and planning.
• Stay informed about cultural, technological, and market trends to contribute to strategic and creative innovation within the industry.

Qualifications and Skills for the Marketing Content Specialist:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Arts, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful creative strategies.
• Ability to create assets such as still photos and short form videos for social.
• You have 3-5 years of strong understanding of digital media, branding, and content creation.
• Adaptable to changing industry dynamics and capable of quick decision-making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
