Job Title: Customer Success Representative
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our client’s team and support post-sale operations. This temporary-to-hire, onsite position based near Wyomissing, PA, plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating service needs in a fast-paced logistics environment.
 

Compensation:

  • $21.00/hour
 

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
 

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Success Representative:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls and web chats to support service and sales inquiries
  • Assist with post-sale processes, including documentation and coordination with other departments
  • Enter and manage customer data in internal systems and CRM software
  • Communicate professionally with customers to resolve concerns and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as titles, asset management, and tax to support service delivery
  • Complete assigned projects and administrative tasks as directed
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Success Representative:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or call center role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service excellence
  • Clear verbal communication and professional phone presence
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
  • Sales experience or a sales-oriented mindset is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Reliable attendance and adherence to scheduled hours are essential
