Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our client and play a vital role in supporting their talent strategy and hiring operations. This hybrid, contract-to-hire position, based in either Blue Bell, PA or Raleigh, NC, focuses on managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for clinical, laboratory, and research roles within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in corporate recruitment and be confident working independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
 

Compensation:

  • $50 – $55/hour
 

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Hybrid schedule – onsite approximately 3 days per week (60% of the month)
 

Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Business Partner:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams
  • Support roles in clinical, research, and laboratory settings, including a research center located in Lenexa, KS
  • Leverage data and recruitment analytics to track progress and identify process improvements
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates to strengthen talent pipelines
  • Stay informed on trends and best practices in recruiting within the life sciences sector
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Talent Acquisition Business Partner:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in corporate recruitment, preferably within pharmaceutical, CRO, or life sciences environments
  • Prior experience recruiting for clinical, laboratory, and research roles
  • Proficiency with Workday and other applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
