Job Title: Regulatory Performance Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory Performance Analyst to join our client and support compliance across critical healthcare operations. This hybrid, contract-to-hire position based in Philadelphia, PA plays a key role in monitoring regulatory issues, analyzing operational gaps, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with state and federal health regulations, particularly those related to the Affordable Care Act.
 

Compensation:

  • $36.60/hour – $43.00/hour
 

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, standard business hours (37.5-hour work week)
  • On-site attendance required Tuesday through Thursday
  • Candidate must use their own PC-compatible laptop, or one can be provided
 

Key Responsibilities of the Regulatory Performance Analyst:

  • Analyze state and federal healthcare regulations and provide guidance to operational teams for compliant implementation
  • Document, track, and support remediation efforts for Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) in compliance tracking systems
  • Collaborate with operational teams to identify root causes of compliance issues and ensure appropriate ownership of CAPs
  • Maintain documentation of updated procedures, policies, and supporting evidence of remediation
  • Monitor performance trends and potential compliance risks, escalating issues as necessary
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Regulatory Performance Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, managed care, or a related regulatory field
  • Strong background in compliance or legal research preferred; JD is a plus
  • Advanced skills in research, analysis, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and familiarity with Citrix
  • Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently
