Job Title: Credit Card Support Representative
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Credit Card Support Representative to join our client’s team in a dynamic banking and financial services environment. This temporary, fully onsite position is based in Philadelphia, PA and centers on providing outstanding service and support for business and commercial credit card customers throughout the account lifecycle—from application onboarding to ongoing technical and operational assistance.
 

Compensation:
• $23–$25/hour
 

Work Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, standard business hours
 

Key Responsibilities of the Credit Card Support Representative:
• Provide high-quality operational and technical support to credit card customers and internal sales teams
• Onboard new business and commercial credit card accounts, including user setup and processing configurations
• Guide customers through system access, and deliver training where necessary
• Review and validate documentation for new card applications to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Respond to inquiries from customers and internal associates in a timely and accurate manner, meeting service level expectations
• Support daily operations such as account maintenance, cardholder changes, and travel notifications
• Collaborate with internal teams and external processors to resolve complex card-related issues
• Stay current on VISA regulations and relevant compliance standards
• Assist with documenting and updating operational procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Escalate issues involving fraud or risk concerns to appropriate leadership
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Credit Card Support Representative:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in banking or financial services, including 1+ year of credit card operations in a fast-paced setting
• Strong understanding of credit and debit card operations and VISA network rules
• Proven ability to make sound decisions and solve problems under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Professional approach to handling confidential information
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based tools
