Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Contracts Administrator to join our client’s growing team. This remote, contract-to-hire position (must be based in EST) plays a key role in managing and maintaining contract pricing and membership data within internal systems. The ideal candidate will bring contract management experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong command of tools like SAP and Salesforce to support cross-functional operations and ensure accuracy in contract execution.
Compensation:
• $26.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience
Work Schedule:
• Monday through Friday, standard business hours (EST)
Key Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator:
• Accurately input and update pricing and membership information in the contract management database (SAP)
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, manufacturers, and GPOs
• Analyze pricing and membership discrepancies and determine corrective actions
• Attend onboarding and external meetings as needed and provide reporting support
• Collaborate with sales coordinators and account managers to review contract issues
• Investigate root causes of pricing discrepancies and recommend resolutions
• Maintain exception reports and support database integrity
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical contracting policies, including 340B and Orphan Drug regulations
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications and Skills for the Contracts Administrator:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant contract administration experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP, and Salesforce
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
