Job Title: Receptionist
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our client’s corporate office. This onsite, temporary-to-hire position based in Philadelphia, PA plays a key role in providing administrative support and coordinating front desk operations while ensuring a polished, high-touch experience for all visitors.
 

Compensation:
• $24.00–$25.00 per hour
 

Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, standard business hours (40 hours/week)
 

Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and internal staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Provide general administrative support such as calendar management, expense reporting, and coordination of meetings and presentations
• Format and distribute internal communications, including memos, meeting notices, and PowerPoint decks
• Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and building management for facilities-related needs and services
• Assist with building safety protocols and work closely with the security team
• Process and track administrative services invoices; provide coverage for Facilities Coordinator as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for administrative services
• Support the coordination of executive visits and client meetings with concierge-level service
• Perform additional administrative and security-related duties as assigned
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Receptionist:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or front desk role, preferably in a corporate environment
• Previous support experience with executive or senior leadership preferred
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Ability to direct inquiries and manage relationships across departments effectively
