Job Title: Title Coordinator (Auto)
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Title Coordinator (Auto) to support our client’s vehicle title operations. This onsite, contract-to-hire position near Cherry Hill, NJ involves organizing and processing title-related requests while ensuring compliance with internal standards and timelines.
 

Compensation:
• $22/hour
 

Work Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible start/end time available)
 

Key Responsibilities of the Title Coordinator (Auto):
• Track and organize incoming title documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and files for all vehicle titles.
• Handle requests and inquiries related to vehicle titles and documentation.
• Monitor and manage title-related workflows and tasks within internal systems.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and general administrative support.
• Ensure information is accurately recorded and up to date in all relevant systems.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to support process efficiency.
• Deliver responsive and professional service to internal and external partners.
• Support departmental initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Title Coordinator (Auto):
• Previous administrative, data entry, or title coordination experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with data systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in logistics, automotive, or related fields is a plus.
