Job Title: Total Rewards Director
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Total Rewards / Employee Relations Manager to join our client and provide high-level leadership across compensation, benefits, and overall employee experience initiatives. This hybrid, permanent position in the Philadelphia metro area offers the opportunity to shape programs that support a professional workforce across an international footprint. The role is highly visible, collaborative, and instrumental in guiding leadership and HR teams through organizational change, talent strategy, and employee engagement initiatives.
 

Work Schedule:
• Monday through Friday, standard business hours
• Hybrid schedule – onsite once a week 
 

Key Responsibilities of the Total Rewards Director:
• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals supporting the international region, ensuring effective delivery of compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to design and implement strategies for talent management, change management, and performance improvement
• Provide consultative guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
• Utilize data analytics to assess workforce trends and inform decision-making
• Support initiatives that enhance employee development, career growth, and skill building
• Oversee compensation and benefits program administration, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings
• Champion organizational values and foster a culture that supports being a top employer in the industry
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Total Rewards Director:
• 7–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 2 years managing direct reports
• Proven success in strategic planning and leading change management initiatives
• Experience with Workday or SuccessFactors
• Background in organizations with a professional workforce across multiple regions; prior exposure to international HR structures preferred
• Strong consultative and coaching skills, with the ability to advise leaders and HR teams on complex talent and organizational matters
• Adaptable and hands-on, with the ability to redefine processes and lead through growth and transformation

Compensation:
• $150,000 – $175,000 annually
