Job Title: Office & Events Coordinator
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office & Events Coordinator to join our client and play a vital role in supporting daily operations and organizational events. This full-time, permanent position, based onsite near King of Prussia, PA, focuses on managing event logistics, overseeing reception operations, and providing administrative support to leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
Compensation:
• Up to $50,000/year
Work Schedule:
• Monday through Friday, normal business hours
• Some evening and weekend responsibilities may be required based on events
• Occasional travel to offsite locations
Key Responsibilities of the Office & Events Coordinator:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming experience
• Manage the meeting and event calendar to ensure scheduling efficiency and prevent conflicts
• Oversee event execution to maintain high-quality standards and address any issues promptly
• Coordinate hospitality logistics for onsite and offsite meetings and events
• Handle vendor billing, payments, and related administrative tasks
• Maintain hospitality supplies, including snacks and beverages, for the office
• Provide administrative support to leadership as needed
• Participate in organizational projects as assigned
Qualifications and Skills for the Office & Events Coordinator:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative and hospitality roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Professional discretion in handling sensitive information
• Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Reliable and punctual work habits
